A candidate must: (a) hold a degree of a university; or (b) hold a three-year diploma from a university or a college of advanced education; or (c) hold a graduate diploma relevant to the award; or (d) satisfy the Faculty by means of other qualifications and relevant experience of adequate preparation for candidature.

These Course Rules & Plans are ONLY to be used if you Commenced, Transferred or Changed Versions in the Master of Training and Development in 2010.

1. Admission to Candidature
A candidate shall:
(a) hold a degree of a university; or
(b) hold a three-year diploma from a university or a college of advanced education; or
(c) hold a graduate diploma relevant to the award; or
(d) satisfy the faculty by means of other qualifications and relevant experience of adequate preparation for candidature.

2. Course Requirements
2.1. To qualify for the award, a candidate shall pass 48 credit points as specified in Rules 2.2. and 5.
2.2. The course shall comprise:
(a) the units in Group 1;
(c) not more than 30 cps from Group 2.

3. Period of Candidature
The maximum period of candidature shall be:
(a) one year as a full-time candidate;
(b) three years as a part-time candidate.

4. Progress of Candidature
Refer to the University General Rule on Academic Progress.

5. Units Offered
All units listed below for this award have a value of six credit points except where indicated after a colon.
Group 1
EDCX 570, 571; EHPS 590; or any other unit approved by the school.
Group 2
EDCX473; EDSL515; EHPS591; PDAL496:6 or 12; PDAS591; or any other unit approved by the school.
