A candidate shall have relevant professional experience in a health related area approved by the course coordinator and either:

(a) hold a degree of a university in a field other than health management; or

(b) hold a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Health Management from the University of New England or equivalent; or

(c) satisfy the course coordinator by means of other qualifications and relevant experience of adequate preparation for candidature.

These Course Rules & Plans are ONLY to be used if you Commenced, Transferred or Changed Versions in the Master of International Health Management in 2010.
1. Admission Requirements
A candidate shall have relevant professional experience in a health related area approved by the school and either:
(a) hold a degree of a university in a field other than health management; or
(b) hold a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Health Management from the University of New England or equivalent; or
(c) satisfy the school by means of other qualifications and relevant experience of adequate preparation for candidature.

2. Course Requirements
2.1. (a) To qualify for the award, a candidate admitted under Rule 1.(a) or (c) shall pass 48 credit points as specified in Rules 2.1.(b) and 3.
(b) The course shall comprise:
(i) all units in Group 1;
(ii) all units in Group 2;
(iii) four units from Group 3.

2.2. (a) To qualify for the award, a candidate admitted under Rule 1.(b) shall pass 24 credit points as specified in Rules 2.2.(b) and 3.
(b) The course shall comprise:
(i) all units in Group 1;
(ii) two units from Group 3.
