Why study the Bachelor of Criminology at UNE?
This inter-disciplinary degree draws upon criminology, forensic archaeology and palaeoanthropology, forensic science, sociology of deviance, law and criminal justice studies.In the first year students will study criminal law, criminology, sociology, psychology, forensic science and forensic anthropology. In later years students choose eight criminology elective units and will undertake training in research methods, crime prevention, and social policy analysis to equip them with the necessary skills for employment in the criminal justice sector.

To qualify for the award a candidate shall complete a total of 144 credit points with not more than 60 credit points at 100-level and at least 12 credit points from units listed in approved majors for the Bachelor of Arts course.
