Summer Semester provides an opportunity for students to fast track their academic progression or to catch up on units required to complete the degree. A selection of units is offered off campus during the normal semester break from November to February, enabling students to study from home and to accelerate their progress towards graduation.

Entry Requirements

Normal admission requirements apply. Assumed knowledge is any two units of English. Mathematics is desirable for majors in Economics and quantitative areas.

Scholarships

The University offers a number of Faculty/College and country scholarships available to Australian citizens and permanent residents.

These Course Rules & Plans are ONLY to be used if you Commenced, Transferred or Changed Versions in the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business in 2010.

To qualify for the award a candidate shall complete a total of 192 credit points comprising:
Bachelor of Arts component – 96 credit points with not more than 36 credit points at 100-level; and
Bachelor of Business component – 96 credit points.

Program of Study

Candidates shall complete an approved program of study as outlined in the Course Schedule comprising:

Exit Pathways

Candidates who discontinue their studies in the course may be eligible to exit with the Diploma in Commerce on completion of 48 credit points towards the Business component or the Advanced Diploma in Arts on completion of 72 credit points towards the Arts component.
