Unit Description

A general survey of the invertebrates covering the taxonomy, anatomy, ecology and evolution of the major free-living and parasitic representatives of this group. The course is taught at UNE and includes a 2 day field excursion to Arrawarra Headland: Assessment includes submission of practical work and a project report, plus a 2 hour final examination for internal students and submission of an essay and a project report plus a 2 hour final examination for external students.
