Unit Description

This unit teaches students to critically evaluate psychological research and introduces them to several advanced statistical techniques commonly used in the discipline. After completing the unit, students will be able to use SPSS to conduct a range of statistical analyses including: ANOVA, multiple regression, discriminant function analysis, MANOVA, and factor analysis. Students enrolling in the unit must have access to the internet and a computer capable of running SPSS.
