| Unit Description |
This unit is devoted to an in depth consideration of aspects of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth). The course will look at constitutional aspects of the Act as well as Restrictive Trade Practices, Consumer Protection and the role of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. |
