Students with substantial knowledge of Indonesian, equivalent to HSC level should enrol at 200 level. Indonesian or Malay Native Speakers are not permitted to enrol in INDN101 or INDN102 or INDN201 or INDN202.

Unit Description

This unit extends students' basic abilities to understand and express themselves in Indonesian - through both written and oral/aural means. On completing the unit, students can expect to be able to converse on a wide range of topics, write lengthy (but basic) prose, and read simplified texts, such as short stories and historical passages.
