Unit Description

The unit uses a systems perspective to cover the management issues associated with initiating, implementing and terminating projects. Topics include: project evaluation and selection; project organisation, negotiation and conflict; budgeting; project planning; scheduling (PERT and CPM); resource allocation; project control; and monitoring and information systems.
