| Unit Description |
This unit is designed to allow candidates to pursue in more depth defence studies research which arises from their work in a unit of the degree. Candidates must have gained at least a Credit in the relevant earlier unit. The project will be supervised by one of the Faculty teaching staff; the proposal must be approved by the Chair of the Board of Defence Studies Classics, History and Religion. Assessment is by a 12 500-word project. Students enrolled in this unit must have at least four days' face-to-face consultation with their supervisor.
