| Unit Description |
Within an agricultural consulting business context present and analyse the various components required to be proficient as an agricultural consultant which include: Farm planning- profitability and financial analysis; Benchmarking; Systems analysis; Setting and assessing enterprise goals; Resource allocation; Managing risk; Succession planning. In additiona an important competency in operating a successful business is communication skills both interpersonal and group facilitation, and negotiation skills.
