| Unit Description |
This unit brings together the many aspects of cotton farming dealt with in COTT 300/500, COTT 301/501 and COTT 302/502 and provides students with a cohesive overview. The unit builds on this background and emphasis is given to understanding the technical aspects of the cotton fibre, its quality and spinning requirements. A cotton farm consultancy and communications workshop are major components of the residential school. |
