Unit Description

The honours year in Computer Science introduces students to subjects of current research. Therefore the preparation of a thesis is a major part of the unit. The four required coursework units to be completed by an honours student are determined by his/her supervisor(s) after discussing the topic with the student. In order to facilitate scheduling, the students intending to do COMP400 are asked to discuss their proposed subjects with the Head of School or COMP400 unit co-ordinator.
