Overview

The Diploma in Commerce may comprise any eight units from the Faculty of Economics, Business and Law and may be used as an entry and exit point for the Bachelor of Business.

The Indigenous Organisational Management program of study has been specially designed for those employed or associated with an Indigenous organisation. The units in the Diploma have been based on areas identified as being fundamental to the diverse operational aspects of Indigenous organisations - e.g. financial accountability, basic business law, management, group dynamics and leadership skills.

Practical, Clinical or Work Experience

The Work Ready Unit may be completed as part of the Diploma except in the Indigenous Organisational Management program of study.

Other Benefits

Pathway: A student who is seeking to progress further than the Diploma can gain admission into the Bachelor of Business and receive advanced standing for all units completed in the Diploma. Enrolment in the Bachelor of Business degree is available either full or part time, on campus or off campus, and is Commonwealth supported.
