| Unit Description |
This unit comprises up to 39 lecture hours and 12 tutorial hours. It is concerned with using data for problem solving. Various sources of data are explored. Problems are solved using analysis of variance, multiple regression, chi-square tests, elementary time series analysis, index numbers, and simulation. Computer analysis using EXCEL is a basic part of the unit. |
