|||||||||
| Coordinator(s) | Stephen Smith (ssmith2@une.edu.au) | |||||||||
| Unit Description |
This unit covers new and innovative ways of bridging the traditional gap between science and management. It will consider how to bring together social, economic and political considerations, as well as physical and biological understanding, to produce better management outcomes. Assessment will include assignments, seminar, and quizzes during the residential school. MSM 503 is based on the senior undergraduate unit MSM 303 with additional load consisting of extensions to two of the assignments. Candidates will be required to show a greater level of understanding of the unit material than that required at 300 level. Students who complete MSM 303 are not permitted to enrol for MSM 503. |
