| Unit Description |
This elective provides you with the opportunity to carry out a research project of 8,000-10,000 words of your own choice. A proposed topic is to be submitted and is discussed with a prospective supervisor. Although the topic has to be in the area of legal studies, a relatively wide view is taken of "legal" research. Projects may take the form of traditional analysis of a legal problem through to empirical investigations or legal theory issues. |
