| Unit Description |
The three aims of the unit are to: (a) get some experience of commercial transactions in the context of legal practice; (b) get to appreciate the specific legal skills involved in a subject such as legal reading, legal writing, oral communication and teamwork; and (c) develop an appreciation of the ethical, social and other parameters that impact on their role as commercial lawyers. |
