Unit Description

This unit uses the situational approach of overseas study in Japan to develop functional fluency and self-expression in a wide variety of contexts. The unit aims at consolidating the acquisition of the Kyoiku Kanji. Attention is given to the socio-cultural context of the language and various aspects of Japanese culture and customs are introduced via the medium of texts and dialogues.
