Unit Description

This unit will examine theories and approaches to the study of decision making in managerial contexts. Emphasis will be placed on establishing the limits of human decision-making capacity, how such limits are currently circumvented and how these limits may be lifted through the use of decision support systems. Group conflict and negotiation will also be explored.
