Unit Description

The theme of this reading/discussion seminar program is the evaluation of annual report form and content. The financial statements in the annual report are examined in the context of a conceptual framework for financial reporting and corporate governance, global reporting initiative, accounting standards. The discussion is problem and research oriented, dealing with current issues in the financial reporting area. Special consideration is given to social and environmental reporting issues.
