| Unit Description |
This unit follows on from EDUC 311 and continues to focus on the planning, programming and assessment of all key learning areas in the primary school. It emphasises the skills required to develop and implement valid programs using syllabus documents and implementing cross-curricular perspectives, including technology, literacy, numeracy, environmental and multicultural approaches respectively. It will have a particular focus on assessment. Students will be engaged in devising and reflecting on the teaching programs they deliver in schools during practicum. This unit is linked to professional experience. |
