| Unit Description |
This unit encourages students to further investigate current leadership and management theories and practices in the Australian children's services context. The topics explored will focus on human interactions. Students will study and apply leaders' roles and responsibilities, such as: effective and varied communication; advocacy for children and early childhood education; personal/professional self-study; human resource approaches, policies and practices. |
