Unit Description

A theoretical framework is outlined for practical collaborate leadership in early childhood education. Meanings of leadership are considered within a changing world and in terms of ethical and legal responsibilities. Several features of everyday management are investigated and documented within early childhood contexts. Five days of professional experience are undertaken within an early childhood setting.
