| Unit Description |
Two lectures and a two-hour laboratory session per week. An introduction to the practical problems of specifying, designing, implementing and testing large reliable software systems. Additional topics covered in lectures and tutorials include object-oriented design, ethical issues and use of languages as C++, PHP, Python, databases as MySQL, and notations as UML and Z. |
