| Unit Description |
In this unit students will learn about ancient literary criticism and its application to modern studies of classical texts. This study will form the methodological component of the honours course work unit. They will also read widely in Classical Literature to gain perspective on the importance of myth in society and link their study of methodology to the texts being read. Students will be required to demonstrate their competence in one of the ancient languages to an appropriate level. |
