| Overview |
This award is a conversion course that will enable students to gain professional qualifications in accounting. The course is open to graduates but non graduates with at least three years of relevant work experience may enter following successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Accounting or any approved graduate certificate with a grade point average of five. The course covers introductory as well as advanced units in financial and management accounting, finance, tax and company law and auditing. |

| Entry Requirements |
Applicants for admission shall: (a) have fulfilled all the requirements for admission to a degree or qualification of equivalent standing at this or another university or tertiary institution; OR (b) have completed the Graduate Certificate in Accounting or any approved Graduate Certificate with a minimum Credit grade average of five. |

Students who complete this award will be eligible for Associate membership of CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA) or the National Institute of Accountants (NIA). They can then pursue full professional status with the organisation of their choice. |
