Graduate Certificate in Acute Care Nursing

Why study the Graduate Certificate in Acute Care Nursing at UNE?

This course provides the opportunity for Registered Nurses to undertake postgraduate studies that specifically focus on the perioperative, emergency, intensive care, and coronary care nursing environments. As well as the nursing roles relevant to these technical and complex acute care settings, the course addresses an understanding of management issues and practices in these areas. It also provides core foundation units which will provide an opportunity for articulation into the Graduate Diploma in Acute Care Nursing and the Master of Nursing.
