| Overview | This degree commences with studies in psychology and sociology. You then specialise in one or both of these subjects. The degree involves the study of human behaviour and uses an interdisciplinary approach to social science. A Social Science degree completed at honours level in Psychology is an accredited degree recognised by the NSW Psychologists Registration Board. |

Credit Point Requirements
To qualify for the award a candidate shall complete a total of 144 credit points with no more than 60 credit points at 100-level and at least 12 credit points from each of the Approved Majors.

Exit Pathways
Candidates who choose to discontinue their studies in the course may be eligible to exit with the Advanced Diploma in Arts on completion of 72 credit points including 36 credit points at 200/300-level.
