Double Degree Opportunities The Bachelor of Business may be undertaken with the Bachelor of Laws degree resulting in a student becoming qualified for accreditation as a lawyer. This double degree program takes students five years of normal semester enrolment to complete. Students may enrol in it from the outset of their study or they may apply to transfer to the Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws double degree program. The Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business combined degree provides a vocational edge for students with a primary interest in the humanities. It normally takes four years of full-time study to complete and enables students to mix the generalist educational advantages of an Arts course with the direct employment focus of a business studies course. The Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Economics combined degree is available both internally and externally and takes four years of full-time study to complete. This program responds to increasing employer preference for recruitment of combined degree graduates and provides an academic foundation in the essentials of economic analysis and business, while allowing for further specialisation in relevant areas of study. It normally takes four years of full-time study to complete.
