| Unit Description |
This unit provides students with theoretical understandings, and practical skills in relation to equal opportunity and affirmative action issues relating to race, gender, sexuality, disability, and other areas identified in EEO legislation. Students will critically evaluate existing work practices, and analyse their own or other nominated organisation. (Students must ensure that they have access to an appropriate workplace/institution. They must contact the unit coordinator for permission prior to enrolment.) |
