| Unit Description |
THEA 402H is a unit in which students undertake research for and write up an Honours dissertation on a topic that they propose in the field of theatre studies. It builds on the training in methodological techniques and disciplinary approaches and issues provided in THEA 401H. The Honours Dissertation unit allows students to pursue in-depth independent research, working with supervision, in order to advance their knowledge and understanding of the discipline and communicate their findings in a professional, academic format. The required length of the dissertation is 14 000-16 000 words. |
