Unit Description

These special topic units are tailored to meet the needs of individual students, and may involve aspects such as guided reading, supplementary lecture material, seminars, essays, assignments, practical work and individual projects. The program of study is intended to provide a prerequisite level of knowledge to allow enrolment in higher level units, and will normally be based on Advanced 200 and 300 level units in the discipline area. Specific programs are subject to the approval of the Postgraduate Course Coordinator in Science, who will also nominate an Academic Supervisor for the program of study.
