| Unit Description |
Such topics as abortion, euthanasia, suicide, surrogacy, reproductive manipulation, cosmetic surgery, organ transplants, in vitro experimentation, genetic therapy, distribution and funding of health care, rights of health care workers, confidentiality and the right to know, will be discussed. The unit aims to develop an informed and critical appreciation of the ethical controversies surrounding these topics. |
