Unit Description

The unit focuses on the practical steps to build strong relationships with your customers through learning to communicate messages that are meaningful and important to them. The activities and practical exercises included in the course are designed to equip you with the confidence and knowledge to communicate with your target markets and attain superior marketing outcomes. The course materials will focus on practical outcomes rather than theoretical or conceptual themes and as such will be mainly behavioural in orientation. Consequently, the use of trade publications and mixed media will be drawn upon as a major source of information for the course.
