| Unit Description |
This unit deals with concepts, methods and analytical tools necessary for understanding the dynamic nature of strategic management in different organisations. Its objective is to enable students to deal creatively with strategy issues and to develop meaningful solutions in a variety of contexts. The unit examines strategic analysis as the foundation for strategy formulation, provides an in-depth discussion of the development of strategic alternatives and presents methodologies for improving the calibre of strategy implementation and execution. |
