Unit Description

This unit examines marketing issues associated with services. It focuses on practical differences between goods and services and addresses how services components can be identified, and controlled. It also focuses on the unique aspects of service and at the practical manifestation of these characteristics, examining how these characteristics alter and affect how services should be marketed.
