| Unit Description |
The unit is designed to equip students to analyse and identify solutions to the variety of problems that managers encounter in any organisational setting. The major functions of management and required management skills are considered. The focus is the maximisation of organisation performance. Considerable reliance is placed on case analysis to refine the capacity of students to apply relevant theory and principles. |
