| Unit Description |
This unit builds on the material covered in the compulsory first-year units LS 231 and 232, covering certain areas of tort and tortious liability in greater detail. Topics to be covered include defamation law, the relationship between tort and contract, limitation of liability, professional liability, advanced concepts of damages for tort and other selected aspects of tort. |
