| Unit Description |
This unit considers all aspects of the law governing natural resources including forestry, fisheries, mining and water. It examines questions of ownership of natural resources; and the implications of the commonwealth/state division of powers for natural resources law; overlaps between regulatory authorities and control of pollution and waste disposal. |
