Unit Description

This unit deals with the law and practice relating to conveyancing and conveyancing procedures in NSW. The topics covered include Torrens Title conveyancing, Land Titles Office and Registrar-General's practice, the standard contract for sale and its interpretation, drafting of legal documents, notices to complete and associated procedures, settlements, dealing with other interests, costing and real estate agents.
