Unit Description

This unit is designed to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the principles of professional ethics and trust account maintenance. Topics include principles of professional ethics, the legal profession and self-regulation, relations between legal professionals, trust accounting requirements, control of professional behaviour, costing and cost review, and professional etiquette.
