| Unit Description |
This unit deals with damages for personal injury, wrongful death, and particular negligence situations such as medical liability, the liability of statutory authorities, liability for nervous shock and negligent acts causing purely economic loss. Some attention is also paid to the torts of breach of statutory duty, assault, battery, and false imprisonment, trespass to land and private nuisance. |
