Unit Description

In this unit, students will develop knowledge and understanding of important disease processes, in terms of events at cellular and molecular levels, and disturbances to homeostasis. These studies of processes associated with important causes of morbicity and mortality in Australia, including microbial, immunological and cardiovascular diseases. HHSC 343 will entail a more integrative understanding of cellular and molecular mechanisms.
