Unit Description

This unit provides an overview of managing small enterprises, covering such topics as startup or purchase decision; entrepreneurial characteristics, importance of small enterprise to the economy and society; sources of finance; legal requirements; management; marketing; operations management; human resource management; family business; and avoiding failure.
