| Unit Description |
This unit provides non-law students with an introduction to the legal framework of environmental planning issues and administration. It includes matter relevant to local government, public and statutory bodies and authorities. Also included are mediation, the Land and Environment Court, statutory interpretation and aspects of criminal liability. |
