Unit Description

The main objective of the unit is to introduce applied econometric methods to deal with panel and time series models. Topics include seemingly unrelated regression models and simultaneous equations models. Real-world examples are used to illustrate particular techniques. Examples are drawn from both microeconomics and macroeconomics. Problems and exercises are solved using an econometrics software package.
