Unit Description

This unit comprises up to 26 lectures hours and 12 workshop hours. The unit provides an introductory overview of industrial relations in Australia, which is undergoing rapid change with major consequences for Australia's economic structure and performance. General concepts about industrial relations and some background on the history will be followed by an analysis of the details of the operation of the system.
