| Unit Description |
This unit comprises 26 lecture hours and 13 workshop hours. The unit covers the nature of resource policy processes, environmental policy development, government failure, environmental accounting, international environmental policy, environment poverty and agricultural development. Throughout, attention is given to the interface between public- and private-sector decision-making processes. |
