Unit Description

This unit comprises up to 36 lecture hours and 12 lab/workshop hours. An introduction to microeconomics. Topics include demand, supply, output markets, elasticities, output and cost, perfect competition, monopoly, monopolistic competition, oligopoly, input markets, market failure, public choice, externalities and microeconomic reform.
